Please Note:

13% HST is added to all Camp fees at registration. Please note some optional incidentals have additional fees (i.e. bus transportation to/from Camp, One Month Camper Day in Town, out trips, or other incidentals/options). You may request those incidentals with the Final Form & Details package sent in Spring 2024.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis for new families.
Registration before October 3, 2023 does not guarantee a spot in the preferred Period. It only guarantees the Priority Fee.

Please note that spots WILL NOT be held without deposits and completed applications.

Deposits/payments & Payment Methods

Payment can be made by credit card ** (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), sending a cheque/money order (Canadian dollars) to our Ancaster mailing address made payable to Camp Wenonah, or by e-Transfer through your bank to admin@campwenonah.com.

$400 per week or $75 for WEEnonah and is due upon registration.

Payments for online applications must follow within 72 hours of application submission or the registration will not be held.

** For those paying by credit card, please note that a credit card processing fee will be automatically added to your invoice

Cabinmate Requests

A great effort is made to honour cabin mate requests made under the following circumstances:

the request is mutual, the campers are attending Camp for the same amount of time
the campers are born within 18 months of each other

We are not able to guarantee that one-month campers and two-week campers will be in the same cabin, and we do not place one-week campers with two-week campers due to their program schedules differing and disruptions to the two-week experience.

Additionally, we cannot guarantee that group requests (3+ campers) will be honoured. Please be in touch with jj@campwenonah.com if you have any questions. We know how important cabinmate requests are!

Cabin mate requests can be made on the Camper Information Form which will be released in Spring 2024.

Refund Policy

BEFORE JANUARY 31, 2024 – Full refund of all fees less a $50/week cancellation fee (per camper).

FEBRUARY 1 – APRIL 2, 2024 -Full refund of all fees less a $100/week cancellation fee (per camper).

AFTER APRIL 2, 2024 – All fees are non-refundable.

As our costs are fixed once a camper has taken a spot in a Wenonah session, there will be no refund made for any camper leaving Wenonah during any Camp Period, including for reasons of homesickness. Additionally, there will be no refund or reduction of fees for campers arriving late or leaving early. In the case of illness or injury incurred at Camp, a prorated credit for the following season will be given.

Refunds are normally processed in full by the end of the Summer Camp season each year.

The Wenonah Campership Fund

Camp Wenonah is proud to have an extensive sponsorship program available to assist with the payment of Camp fees for families in need. The program is wholly sponsored by contributions from Wenonah families and friends. There is a space provided to make a contribution on the application form.
