Our “Final Instructions” mailing was sent today, and families should receive it at home within the next week. This mailing contains all of the information you need as you prepare your child(ren) for Summer Camp.
After receiving the Final Instructions mailing, please be sure to visit the Final Instructions page to view the Camper and/or Leadership Handbooks.
Families may complete their Final Instructions information online. Forms are also available to print and complete if you prefer not to use the online submission service.
Payment for any incidentals is due once you have submitted your final forms. Payment can be made by cheque, and is payable to Camp Wenonah. Payments should be mailed to the Burlington Office.
We will also accept Interac e-Transfer which can be made through your bank online, and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that all Final Instructions information must be received by Friday, April 30th.
** Final payment of Summer Camp registration fees is due by Monday, April 1st.
WENONAH FOUNDATION CONTRIBUTIONS
Wenonah offers spots to campers who might not otherwise have a chance to attend Camp. This is made possible through the generous donations made by our families.
We have a section on our final forms for families to donate unspent General Store funds to the Wenonah Foundation. If your child has $20.00 or less remaining in his or her General Store account, you may select the option to donate this money to the Wenonah Foundation.
On behalf of all the children and families who benefit from the generosity of Wenonah families each year, thank you for considering this option.
