Staff Biographies

Camp Wenonah uses a Management Team approach to supervise all activity in Camp. The full-time Camp Wenonah Management Team includes Owner/Senior Director Jeff Bradshaw, Co-Directors Renata Bradshaw and Mike Stewart, Associate Directors Brad Laidlaw and Jason Monteith, Assistant Director Andrew Cohrs - all of whom reside on-site in Muskoka - and Associate Director Caron Brick, who works from our Main Office in Burlington.

CHARLOTTE AICKLEN
Senior Resource Staff

From Oakville Oakville, ON; 3rd year camp staff member; 8 years previous camp experience; NLS certified; student in Arts (Honours) at Queen's University (Kingston, ON); participant in study aboard program at Herstmonceux Castle in East Sussex, UK; Past staff member with Camp Zodiac and Appleby College Sports Camps; Past member of Baillie House council and Dignitas group; Ontario Scholar; recipient of Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award and Varsity Colours for Excellence in Athletics; enjoys field hockey and softball.

Paddlesports Director - July; Counsellor - August

Girls Camp Director

From Oakville, ON; 5th year camp staff member; 12 years previous camp experience; NLS & CPR 'C' certified; student of Communications Studies at Sir Wilfred Laurier University (Waterloo, ON); current Student Ambassador at Laurier, giving tours to assist with student recruitment; two-time Icebreaker volunteer, introducting first year students to University community; former member of the University Academic Intergrity Council; acknowledged as an Ontario Scholar upon her gradutation from Thomas A. Blakelock High School in Oakville.

POLARIS Director

From Oakville, ON; 4th year camp staff member; 11 years previous camp experience; Bronze Cross, Emergency First Aid, CPR 'C', ORCKA Flatwater Level C, and White Sail II certified; student of Civil Engineering and International Studies at McMaster University (Hamilton, ON); serves as captain of McMaster varsity badminton team; volunteered as teacher and counsellor in Burgau, Portugal; volunteered as badminton instructor with Oakville Club; enjoys badminton, singing/self accompaniment on piano, and travel (past desintations include Beijing, Portugal, and Morocco).
