Programs - Out Trips
Wenonah offers an outtripping program to all two week and one month campers. Cabin groups participate in out trips together, under the supervision of the cabin counsellor and a Wenonah trip leader. Campers who attend a minimum of one month have the opportunity to select an extended out trip if they so desire:

Traditional Trips
- Wenonah offers canoe trip overnight camping experiences
for all ages and abilities. Wenonah is fortunate to sit on a lake which
is a prime destination for outstanding out trip experiences. Campers have the
opportunity to paddle through Saw Lake to maintained camp sites on the Canadian
Shield, where they cook meals on an open fire, and sleep in tents.
Campers staying for one month or longer may choose to participate in an extended trip. These trips take place on some of Ontario's most renowned trip routes, including in Algonquin Park and the Frost Centre (Dorset, ON).

Leadership Development Trips - The POLARIS program takes all participants on a
one-week canoe trip through Algonquin Park. This trip challenges participants to further
develop as young adults and leaders, as they paddle, portage, and sleep in tents in this famous
Ontario park.
In the past, WCIT participants have visited other Ontario camps for leadership development activities, or have taken part in group development at other facilities near Wenonah. - Wenonah Games Golf Trips - This out trip opportunity is available to campers who are at Wenonah during the final two weeks of July and August Camp. As part of the Wenonah Games program (a four-day Olympic style event), campers have the option of competing in a round of golf for their house team at one of Muskoka's acclaimed courses.
Details about the Wenonah out trip program is sent to Wenonah families in late March. Costs are assumed by Wenonah for all overnight canoe trips, though extra fees may apply for extended canoe trips and the Wenonah Games Golf Trip.
