The Wenonah Foundation
The Wenonah Foundation helps families provide their children with a Summer Camp experience that will last a lifetime. The Foundation is supported solely through private contributions given generously by Camp families and friends.
At Camp Wenonah, we believe strongly that the Summer Camp experience leaves a lasting impact on every child. Our goal is for each child to benefit from higher self-esteem, greater self-confidence, newly developed friendships, and a healthier lifestyle.
Our philosophy is supported by our Mission Statement:

DONATING TO THE WENONAH FOUNDATION
Contributions of any amount to the Wenonah Foudnation are greatly appreciated by the children and families who benefit from them.
All donations go directly towards providing children with a Summer Camp experience. Camp Wenonah covers all related administrative costs.If you wish to support the Wenonah Foundation, please download and complete the Donation Form.

THE WENONAH FOUNDATION GOLF CLASSIC
The Wenonah Foundation Golf Classic is a significant fundraising initiative. Each May, golfers and non-golfers alike come together to help support sending children to Camp Wenonah.
The Golf Classic returns to award-winning Carlisle Golf & Country Club on Saturday, May 28, 2011. Carlisle is conveniently located in the Burlington area, and is a short drive from both the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) and Highway 401.
Highlights of the Golf Classic include:
- $25,000 Hole in One prize (sponsored by the Friends of Wenonah Alumni Group)
- 18 Holes of Tournament Play
- 9 Hole Tournament (beginning at 2:00 pm)
- Putting, Chipping, and "Closest to the Canoe" Contests (and prizes!)
- Prime Rib Dinner
- Awards Ceremony
You can support the Wenonah Foundation Golf Classic in many ways! Please contact us to book a foursome (we are also happy to find a foursome for you). If you are not a golfer, we invite you to join us for dinner after the Tournament.
Opportunities are also available for those who wish to sponsor a hole, donate prizes, or volunteer their time at the Classic. Your support is greatly appreciated!
