All Summer Camp families are mailed Final Instructions information in late March each year.
Families may complete the Final Instructions online. Simply follow the 14 steps below to complete a profile for your camper. We suggest you read each of the steps before you begin.
** All information you submit about your child online is secure and confidential. Profile information can ONLY be reviewed by the family account holder and Camp Wenonah administrators.
Final Instructions Forms are available for download if you prefer to complete hard copies by hand. Please click here to access downloadable Forms.
Note that the Final Instructions Forms and Incidentals payment are due before Friday, April 30 (the due date for final Summer Camp fees remains Thursday, April 1).
STEP ONE
Parents and campers - download and read the Parent & Camper Handbook.
Parents, POLARIS, and WCITs - download and read the Parent & POLARIS / WCIT Handbook.
Handbooks are available in PDF format. To view the Handbooks, you may need to download Adobe Reader. Click here to download Adobe Reader.
The Handbooks are updated each year. Lots is happening in 2010! Please make sure you read the Handbook before you begin Step Two.
STEP TWO
Click here to access the online Final Instructions Forms. The online section will open in a new browser window so that you may continue to read these steps.
**Note that you do not need to complete the Forms all at once. You may return to complete them at any time.
Families who have not used our online system will need to create an account to begin completing the Forms. Click on the Create a New Account button, and complete the necessary information. You will be asked to enter an email address and password.Don't forget to write down which email address you used, and your password!
An email will be sent to you confirming the creation of your account.
If you registered your child for Summer Camp using our online system after September 1st, 2009, then you may use the same account for our Final Instructions Forms. If this is the case for your family, simply enter your username and password to log in.
Please note that you must use the same username to login for Final Instructions as you used previously for our online registration system.
STEP THREE
You are ready to begin completing the Final Instructions Forms.
To start a new form, click on Camper Final Instructions Form 2010 in the New Registrations box.
Note that one form must be completed for EACH camper attending.
If you began a new Form and did not complete it, or wish to view your completed Forms, you will have access to those Forms on this page.
STEP FOUR
Add a New Camper - enter the first name, last name, date of birth, and gender of the camper for whom you are entering information.
If you have already entered information for a camper from your family and wish to modify the information for that camper, you have the option of selecting that camper's profile on this page.
STEP FIVE
The first page you are asked to complete is for your camper's incidentals.The incidentals you can book for your camper include:
- Outtrips (for July Camp or August Camp one-month campers only)
- Bussing (you may choose coach bus transportation to and/or from Camp for your child)
- Laundry Service (if you wish for your camper to have laundry, you may choose the date(s) for this service)
- Wenonah Games Golf (available for experienced golfers aged 13 years + at Camp during Period Two or Period Four)
- Paddlemaking (for those who wish to take Paddlemaking as a PIC and who did NOT order a paddle in previous years)
- White Water Kayaking (for those one-month campers aged 13-15 years who choose this option as a PIC)
- Camper Day in Town (for campers not being visited on Visitor's Day, you may deposit money for your child to spend during one month camper Day in Town)
- Wenonah General Store (you may deposit money for your child to spend on snacks, refreshments, clothes, souvenirs, or sundry items)
If you do NOT wish to order any incidentals for your camper, click the appropriate box at the top of the page.
STEP SIX
Camper Information Form - complete all applicable sections for your camper.
Please help us provide the best camp experience possible for your child. The information you submit will be shared ONLY with the staff members who are responsible for the care of your child (including the Senior Director, Section Directors, Nurses, the Wellness Director, and your child's counsellor).
Upon completion of the Camper Information Form, it is important that you read and complete the authorization section.
If you wish to provide us with more information about a specific concern, write a letter addressed to Jeff Bradshaw (Senior Director). You may also email Jeff at jeff@campwenonah.com.
STEP SEVEN
Camper Code of Conduct - please read through the Code of Conduct with your camper. Campers and parents must agree to the Code of Conduct, and campers must enter their name and the date in the box provided.
STEP EIGHT
Travel Arrangements - tell us how your camper will be arriving at and departing Camp.
Extended Outtrips - One month campers have the option of participating in an extended canoe trip. Select the trip that you wish your child to participate in. Note that trips are ONLY available for campers staying for July OR August Camp, and will run during the last two weeks of each month.
Parents must read and agree to the Trip Waiver if their camper is participating in any one of following off-site excursions:
- Extended Canoe Trips (Algonquin Park, Frost Centre)
- POLARIS Algonquin Park Canoe Trip
- White Water Kayaking
- Wenonah Games Golf Trip
- One Month Camper Day in Town
If you select either the bus and/or an extended canoe trip, please make sure this is indicated as an Incidental in Step Five.
STEP NINE
Personal Individual Choice (PIC) Pre-Selection - campers must choose four PICs for every two weeks that they are attending Camp. Campers participate in three of their four choices.
One month campers also select their additional four PICs on this form.
** Please note that those attending Period 1A, Period 1B, Period 5, WEEnonah, or the POLARIS or WCIT programs should NOT pre-select PICs.

STEP TEN
Family Information Form - confirm your main mailing address with us.
Make sure that you confirm contact information with those you designated as your emergency contacts!
All parents must read and complete the Parent Authorization before proceeding.
STEP ELEVEN
If you did not complete the mandatory fields in the Form, you will be required to do so at this point.
STEP TWELVE
If you wish to complete a profile for another camper in your family, you may do so by clicking the Add Another Camper button.
Otherwise, click the Checkout button to proceed to complete the Final Instructions Form.
STEP THIRTEEN
For families who selected Incidentals for their camper, please make note of the total amount due and mail a cheque to our Burlington Office. Cheques must be received before Friday, April 30th.
STEP FOURTEEN
We recommend that you print a copy of your camper's profile for your records.
An email will be sent to you confirming receipt of the profile information for your camper.
