Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis from families for all Camp Periods. Last year, over 80% of all spots for 2017 were reserved by returning families by mid-August!
There is a significant discount available to those families who wish to pay their fees in full upon submitting their application form (see below for details).
The Regular Fee is available throughout the application period for those families who prefer to pay a deposit, with the remainder of their fees due on April 2, 2018.
Please note that spots WILL NOT be held without deposits and completed proper paperwork.
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard, by sending a cheque/money order (Canadian dollars) to the Burlington Office made payable to Camp Wenonah, or by Interac e-Transfer through your Online Banking to firstname.lastname@example.org. Deposit is $350 per week or $75 for WEEnonah and is due upon registration. Payments for online applications must follow submission within a few days. All balances are due by April 2, 2018.
VISA & MASTERCARD
Please note that Visa and MasterCard payments continue to be accepted for all camper fees in addition to interac e-transfers and cheques. Payment can be made through your online account.
UP TO JANUARY 31, 2018 – Full refund of all fees less a $25/week cancellation fee (per camper).
FEBRUARY 1 – APRIL 2, 2018 – Full refund of all fees less a $100/week cancellation fee
AFTER APRIL 2, 2018 – All fees are non-refundable.
There will be no refund made for any camper leaving camp during any Camp Period, including for reasons of homesickness. In the case of illness or injury incurred at Camp, a credit for the following season will be given. Also, there will be no refund or reduction of fees for campers arriving late or leaving early.
Please allow three weeks to process all refund requests.
Some returning families do have small credits or amounts outstanding on their camp account(s) from past years. We will not process amounts of $5.00 or less (either credits owed or amounts outstanding). If an amount greater than $5.00 is outstanding, please send that along to our Burlington Office as soon as possible. Account credits of $5.00 or more may be applied to fees or to other Camp expenses prior to Camp (laundry, transportation, out trips, etc.). Refund cheques can also be requested through the Camp Office.
Please note that cabin mate requests are honoured for those campers attending the SAME amount of time.

THE WENONAH CAMPERSHIP FUND
Camp Wenonah is proud to have an extensive sponsorship program available to assist with the payment of Camp fees for families in need. The program is wholly sponsored by contributions from Wenonah families and friends. There is a space provided to make a contribution on the application form.
